?Our Recent Doctor Visit

During our recent visit to Dr. Russo about our seven-year-old daughter's foot bump, we were really worried ?. Dr. Russo had told us before that the bump wasn't a big deal and would go away on its own. However, my daughter was still in pain, and the bump got bigger.

When we saw Dr. Russo again, she didn't seem to take our worries seriously and was vague about what to do next, which made us even more concerned ?.

Dr. Russo mentioned that surgery could be an option but seemed unsure if the bump would just come back because of our daughter's young age. She also mentioned that surgery could leave a scar and might not make my daughter feel better. Even when we said we wanted to do whatever was necessary to help our daughter, Dr. Russo suggested leaving the bump as it is, saying that's what she would do if it were her daughter ?‍♀️.

We weren't happy with how Dr. Russo was handling things—she seemed in a hurry to finish the appointment and even suggested we see another doctor if we weren't satisfied. This made us feel uncomfortable and less trusting of her advice ?.

Because of this, we've decided to speak up about our experience. We plan to make a formal complaint to both the medical association and the hospital administration. We want to make sure no other family feels this way and to find the best care possible for our daughter ‍?‍?.
