Consultation Terms and Conditions

MYITEDU, LLC Consultation Terms Fee: $100.00 USD. Payment is required before scheduling. The consultation lasts approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Payment methods: the consultation fee may be paid through Zelle or Stripe. Zelle instructions and Stripe checkout are handled through https://myitedu.us/consultation. No cash is accepted. Accepting these terms does not by itself confirm payment or schedule a consultation. MYITEDU, LLC is not a law firm. Jon Toshmatov is not acting as your attorney. No attorney-client relationship is created. The consultation is limited to administrative support, document assistance, translation discussion, process explanation, service evaluation, and attorney referral when legal advice or representation is required. The consultation does not include legal advice, legal opinion, immigration eligibility determination, prediction or guarantee of outcome, legal strategy, court representation, filing as your attorney, unlimited follow-up communication, or work outside the scheduled consultation. If you retain MYITEDU for a qualifying service within 30 calendar days after the consultation, MYITEDU may, at its sole discretion, apply all or part of the consultation fee toward the selected service. Credit is not guaranteed. The fee compensates MYITEDU for reserved time and administrative evaluation. It is generally non-refundable after time is reserved, the consultation begins, or you fail to attend. If the client misses the appointment, one more chance may be given at MYITEDU's discretion. A statement such as “I paid $100 and was told things I already knew or could have found through Google, ChatGPT, or another source” is not a reason for refund. MYITEDU may issue a full or partial refund or credit at its sole discretion. Rescheduling requests must comply with the 24-hour notice period. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. A no-show may require payment for a new consultation. You agree to provide accurate information and truthful documents. Additional work requires a separate agreement and additional fee.
