Privacy Policy

  1. MYITEDU, LLC collects information you choose to provide, including name, email, phone number, language preference, service category, messages, uploaded documents, signed acknowledgments, signatures, and payment-related records when applicable.
  2. For security, audit history, fraud prevention, and service administration, we may record IP address, browser, device information, timestamps, referrer pages, email delivery history, and portal activity.
  3. Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare records, manage client files, send administrative messages, generate PDFs, maintain audit trails, and support agreed services. We do not sell client information.
  4. PDFs, uploads, and client records are stored in restricted-access storage. No website or email system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but MYITEDU, LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
  5. Information may be shared with service providers such as hosting, email, payment, PDF, storage, notary, translation, courier, or software vendors when needed to operate the service, and when required by law or valid process.

  1. This website provides general business information, intake forms, contact forms, client portal access, document upload tools, and online acknowledgment workflows.
  2. Using this website or submitting a form does not start paid services. Paid services require a separate written agreement when applicable.
  3. You agree to provide accurate information, use the website only for legitimate purposes, and avoid submitting false, abusive, harassing, unauthorized, or harmful content.
  4. MYITEDU, LLC may refuse, pause, or cancel access to website tools if misuse, fraud risk, incomplete information, unpaid balances, or security concerns are identified.
  5. Website content may change without notice. Specific service terms are controlled by the separate written agreement signed for that service.

Non-Attorney Disclaimer

  2. MYITEDU, LLC provides non-attorney administrative support, document preparation support, translation support, notary-related services, technology services, and related coordination services.
  3. MYITEDU, LLC does not give legal opinions, does not choose legal strategies, does not tell clients what legal option to select, and does not act as an attorney or advocate before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, DHS, courts, or other government agencies.
  4. Clients remain responsible for reviewing all documents, confirming accuracy, deciding what to submit, tracking deadlines, maintaining account access, and communicating with government agencies unless a specific administrative task is included in a separate written agreement.
  5. No government, court, agency, business, school, employer, or third-party result is promised or guaranteed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Contact submissions and online acknowledgments do not create paid services by themselves.
  2. Consultation fees, deposits, third-party expenses, and service payments are handled according to the separate written agreement or invoice for the requested service.
  3. Government filing fees, court fees, portal fees, courier charges, postage, printing, certification, and other third-party expenses are separate unless the written agreement says otherwise.
  4. If a client refuses to sign a required paid-service agreement, MYITEDU, LLC may mark the matter as refused to sign and review any refund due after lawful consultation fees, authorized expenses, and completed work are considered.
  5. Immigration-related administrative services may include special cancellation rights when required by New York law. Any such rights will be explained in the applicable written agreement.

Communication Policy

  1. By contacting MYITEDU, LLC or submitting a form, you consent to receive administrative communications by phone, email, SMS, portal message, or written message about intake, scheduling, documents, billing, service updates, and records.
  2. MYITEDU, LLC does not provide emergency, same-day, weekend, holiday, or after-hours service unless separately agreed in writing.
  3. Please do not send passwords, full Social Security numbers, one-time codes, or sensitive account credentials through ordinary contact forms.
  4. If you do not receive an expected email, check spam or junk folders and contact MYITEDU, LLC using the official contact page.
  5. Administrative communications do not replace the client’s responsibility to monitor deadlines, notices, online accounts, email access, two-factor authentication, and official correspondence.

Document Upload and File Retention

  1. Clients may upload identification, notices, records, receipts, forms, translations, and supporting documents through approved channels.
  2. Client is responsible for providing complete, truthful, readable, and accurate documents. Drafts are not final until reviewed and approved by the client.
  3. MYITEDU, LLC may retain client files, signed agreements, PDFs, audit logs, and related records for business, security, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.
  4. Uploaded files should not include passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary sensitive information. MYITEDU, LLC may remove duplicate, unsafe, unreadable, or unrelated files.
  5. File deletion or copy requests may be submitted through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained for business, accounting, security, or compliance reasons.

Cookie Policy

Immigrant Assistance Services Notice

  1. MYITEDU, LLC provides non-attorney administrative support and document preparation support for immigration-related administrative matters when agreed in writing.
  2. MYITEDU, LLC maintains Western Surety Company Immigrant Assistance Services Provider Bond No. 67875485, effective May 5, 2026, in the amount of $50,000.00.
  3. U.S. government forms and instructions may be available for free from government websites and agencies. Government fees and third-party expenses are separate unless agreed in writing.
  4. MYITEDU, LLC is not responsible for filing, mailing, uploading, emailing, faxing, or submitting documents unless that service is specifically included in a separate written agreement.
  5. Clients remain responsible for USCIS, EOIR, ICE, IRS, consular, or other portal access, passwords, email access, two-factor authentication codes, notices, deadlines, and final document review unless otherwise agreed in writing.
