Requires a signed written contract before immigrant assistance services, understandable language and an English version, specified disclosures and copies, and cancellation protections. The usual three-business-day penalty-free cancellation right has a limited urgent-service waiver; later cancellation and refund rules also apply.

The statute specifies wording, size and other requirements.

Includes restrictions on fees, false answers, unauthorized disclosures or filings, and knowingly misleading benefit-eligibility claims intended to attract customers.
