How RON generally works
- The signer prepares the document and identification.
- Identity verification and online session steps are completed.
- The notarial act is recorded and documented according to applicable rules.
Not every document qualifies
- Some receiving agencies require original wet signatures.
- Some documents require apostille, certification, or special handling.
- Clients should confirm acceptance requirements with the receiving organization.
Before you request this service
- What should I check before arranging a notary appointment?
- Tell staff the document type and the receiving organization’s requirements. Ask which identification, signers, and appointment format are needed before booking. Online notarization is subject to document eligibility and applicable New York requirements; confirm acceptance with the receiving organization.
- How do I get started?
- Tell us which service you need, your preferred language, and any deadline. You can call (863) 576-4951, email info@myitedu.us, or contact us on Telegram. We will review your request and explain the next step.
- How much does it cost?
- Ask for a quote for your specific request. The scope, fee, and any third-party expenses must be clarified before you agree to paid work. Paid services require a completed written agreement; payment alone does not authorize work to begin.
- How long will it take?
- Tell us your deadline when you contact us. Timing depends on the service, document volume, completeness of your information, and availability. Ask staff to confirm the estimated turnaround before relying on a date. Government and third-party processing times are outside our control.
- Can I start remotely, and where should I send documents?
- You can contact us online to discuss your request. Staff will confirm which steps can be handled remotely. Ask for access to the client portal before sending sensitive documents. Do not send passports, Social Security numbers, A-numbers, or payment-card details through public forms or Telegram.
- Which languages do you support?
- You can communicate with MYITEDU in Uzbek, Russian, or English. Tell us your preferred language when you contact us.
