Privacy was another concern. The property was under surveillance with multiple cameras, and the landlords had control over the Ring door camera, including the ability to delete video clips and remove users.

My experience at 3912 Fillmore Ave has been marked by numerous challenges, including heating problems, parking disputes, abrupt lease changes, and a lack of respect and quality service. It's essential to consider all aspects before signing a lease.
